Held annually at The Farms Country Club in Wallingford, CT, we will swing FORE the families that rely on our programs for rest and comfort.
Our tournament is a scramble format and features a fun-filled day of golf, including delicious meals before and after play, various course contests, a raffle, a silent auction, and more.
