Finance Director

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Finance Director will be responsible for the financial management of the organization, assist in financial planning for the Chapter, manage third party accounting vendors, and the organization’s 403 (B) program.

While overseeing day-to-day fiscal operations and benefit packages, the Finance Director will work closely with other senior leaders, staff, and the finance committee in support of the organization’s mission. The Finance Director will be responsible for the overall financial management of Ronald McDonald House Connecticut & Western Massachusetts.

Family Services Manager

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Family Services Manager will oversee and provide exemplary customer service to Ronald McDonald House New Haven guests. The Family Services Manager is the primary point of contact for all Guest Family interactions and needs.

The Family Services Manager supervises the Guest Service Associates, oversees guest family referrals, and works closely with hospital staff to ensure that Ronald McDonald House: New Haven provides essential services to all families throughout their stay and beyond.

Communications Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Communications Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission of Ronald McDonald House Connecticut & Western Massachusetts by supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization’s communications efforts. Working collaboratively with the Director of Communications and Marketing and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to storytelling, digital engagement, brand visibility, and operational communications across multiple platforms.

This position requires a versatile communicator who can balance creative content development with day-to-day execution, system organization, and responsiveness to organizational needs. The scope of responsibilities may evolve over time in alignment with organizational priorities, campaigns, and resources.

Guest Service Associate - Ronald McDonald House: Springfield

Reporting to the Guest & Volunteer Service Manager, the Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for delivering the highest standards of hospitality to all guest families staying at our House programs, and for overseeing the program in the absence of full-time staff.
