Every time you visit a McDonald’s restaurant, choose to “Round Up” when you order from a kiosk or on the McDonald’s app, or ask to “Round Up” your total when placing your order at the counter or drive-thru. Doing so will raise your total to the nearest dollar, and the extra cents applied will be donated directly to support our Ronald McDonald House Connecticut and Western Massachusetts families. This small change can make a BIG difference for families.
Every time you purchase a Happy Meal at your local McDonald’s restaurant, five cents are donated to support our Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald House Family Rooms programs by our local McDonald’s Owner Operators. An additional one cent is donated to Ronald McDonald House to continue supporting our mission.
A few cents dropped in a donation box might not feel like much, but when millions of McDonald’s customers give at thousands of restaurants around the world, spare change adds up to help hundreds of thousands of families around the world. In 2019, over $27 million US dollars in small change was donated by McDonald’s customers alone. Most McDonald’s restaurants in the US and around the world feature RMHC Donation Boxes inside or in the drive-thru window year-round.
