Ronald McDonald House Connecticut and Western Massachusetts accepts guest family referrals through our partner hospitals.
Medical providers, social workers, and child life specialists who wish to refer a family should complete the referral form for the Ronald McDonald House location nearest to the family’s medical facility. Once submitted, families will be added to our registration list.
After a referral is received, Ronald McDonald House staff will review the information and reach out to the referring provider to confirm details and receipt. Families will receive registration forms via email and will be asked to complete them in preparation for their confirmed stay.
House staff will contact the family directly to confirm accommodation and schedule a check-in appointment.
